DOWNSTAIRS
Formal Living Area: A relaxing adult or gathering place for families with a Large LED TV which has Spectrum TV, a DVD Player with DVD’s suitable for children & selection of board games / jigsaws
Dining Room: Large dining room table which can seat 8 people comfortably
Family Room: Spacious room with access to pool area. There is a 58″ Roku TV and a Playstation Console / XBox 360 with a selection of games and controllers. Sectional sofa and view to kitchen and utility area.
Kitchen: Beautiful fully equipped gourmet kitchen with everything you would need for your stay. Upgraded stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops. Keurig Coffee Machine, Brita Water Jug, Blender, Electric Can opener, Electric & Stovetop Kettle, Drip Coffee Machine, Toaster, selection of Pots, Pans and Skillets. Breakfast Bar with 4 bar stool chairs
Breakfast Nook: Hightop table with two bar stool chairs
Utility Room: Upgraded Washer & Dryer for guests to use free of charge
Games Room: New “Harry Potter” Themed Games room! 8ft Slate Pool Table with brand new Foosball & Air Hockey tables
Lower level Queen bedroom: Suitable for guests who do not want to use the stairs, Queen bed & Roku TV with En-suite bathroom and large closet
Under-stairs Closet: Vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, dustpan & brush
UPSTAIRS
Main Master King Suite: NEW King SLEEP NUMBER BED & oversized En-suite bathroom with Jetted Tub with a large walk-in shower, double vanity and private toilet area. There is a Large Smart 4K LED TV & cane reading chair. Attached is a fully screened Balcony Deck with loungers, ceiling fan and a table & chairs for relaxing in the evenings bug free. There is a huge walk-in closet which you will die for!
Portable Crib: Pack n play crib with linen & blanket
2nd Master Queen Suite: Queen Tommy Bahama 4 poster bed, new Roku LED TV. This 2nd Master suite has a luxury oversized En-suite bathroom with Jetted Tub, walk-in Shower and two separate vanities. Private toilet area. There is also a large double closet area in the bathroom area
Mickey Mouse Twin Bedroom: Kids love our Mickey double twin bedroom and they have their own En-Suite bathroom and closet
Office Area: Color Wireless Printer provided FREE to guests to print attraction tickets or boarding passes, bookcase with selection of novels and children’s Disney books for stories at night!
POOL AREA
Pool: Pool has steps into the pool with 3ft to 6ft depths. There is a pool safety fence surrounding the pool area for the safety of our younger guests. There is also a pool door alarm, so they cannot exit the villa into the pool area without the alarm sounding.
Master Deck Shade: The upper Master Deck area provides excellent shade during the day and there is also a roller blind which can be lowered to provide more shade while using the dining area. We do provide plastic drinkware and plates to be used outside to prevent broken glass in the area.
Toy Bench: We have provided a toy bench with various pool accessories that our younger guests can use. Please ensure they are returned to this bench after play, as they will block up the pool skimmer and harm the pool equipment.
Loungers & tables: We have provided you with rust free outdoor furniture, for your enjoyment and relaxation
Conservation Area: We are blessed to have a private conservation area behind the villa, there are several animals, birds and wildlife that come to visit. Please keep the pool deck gates closed and not locked.
Pool Maintenance: Our pool maintenance is scheduled twice a month, so please do not remove the hose or lock the lanai door gates otherwise he will not be able to keep our pool clean.
Florida Privacy Glass: in 2020 we installed “Florida Privacy Screening” in the lower panels of the lanai, this is to provide our guests more privacy when enjoying our pool area.
