About the villa
Brand new Villa on the beautiful resort of Providence in Davenport. 6 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with stunning pool overlooking a conservation pond. It is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard providing you with nothing but the best for your vacation in Florida.
This home is furnished to a very high standard throughout and enjoys a ‘chilli out’ sitting room, an open plan living area incorporating a top of the range kitchen with the elegant dining area and family room with wall-mounted 55″ Smart TV. There’s a games room with a pool table in the converted garage plus upstairs there’s a sitting area with a wall-mounted 55″ Smart TV. There are 3 king-size bedrooms, 1 queen-size, a twin-bedded room plus a triple sleeper bunk bedroom with under trundle bed, all with Smart TV’s.
As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with living room to your left, followed by the laundry next door. On the right there is a door leading to the converted garage/games room. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan family room, kitchen and dining area beyond.
Living Room
The living room to the front aspect includes a huge wrap around sectional couch in a beach themed chill out room. Perfect for quiet reading time or relaxation.
Laundry Room
The laundry room adjacent to the living room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience – enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.
Family Room
The comfortably contemporary furnished room with pleasant views onto the pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 55″ Smart TV.
Kitchen
Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle. The breakfast bar has 4 comfortable bar stools.
Dining Area
Adjacent to the kitchen in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with bench seating for up to 8 and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.
Bedroom #5
This bedroom features a king-sized bed and has views onto the pool deck. There are 2 matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV.
Bedroom #6 – Minions Themed
This Minions themed bedroom features 2 twin sized beds with shared nightstand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV.
Family Bathroom #4
Situated between bedrooms #5 & #6 is the family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.
Games Room
In the garage you can enjoy a pool table and seating, there is simply everything to entertain all our guests.
Pool Deck
The large sunny pool with south-west facing deck benefits from splendid pond views to the south. We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 8 chairs under the shady covered lanai.
The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.
Loft Sitting Room
The second sitting room is situated on the landing area and is complete with sofa, chairs, wall-mounted 55″ Smart TV and ceiling fan.
Master Bedroom #1
The large master bedroom with views overlooking the front gardens has been furnished with and a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in dressing room, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV.
The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.
Master Bedroom #2
The second master bedroom with views over the pool deck has a queen-sized bed, with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and a wall-mounted Smart TV complete with ensuite bathroom which has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC.
Master Bedroom #3 – Mickey and Minnie Themed
The third master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV.
The Jack & Jill ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity sink and WC. This bathroom is also shared with bedroom #4 and the entertainment loft area.
Bedroom #4 – Star Wars Themed
This bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk (twin over full-size) with under trundle bed, matching chest of drawers and bean bag seat. Sleeps up to 4 children. Complete with ceiling fan and large walk-in wardrobe.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

Baby Essentials
We provide a stroller, high chair and pack n play (please bring own bedding for your infant) – all provided free of charge.
Towels & Linens
All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.
Electronic Keypad Entry
No need to get stressed on arrival – our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night – no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys – just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.
Distance to Golf Course, Clubhouse & Resort Facilities
It is less than a 20 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) from the Providence Golf Course and the excellent resort clubhouse with community pool.
