EL Bella Villa – 6 Bedroom / 6 Bathroom Luxury Villa
Situated within Bella Vida Resort, Kissimmee, this villa is on a secure gated community, which offers free gym access, cinema room, play area, business centre, communal pool and volleyball court.
Spanning two floors, EL Bella villa is perfect for large or multiple families.
Located just 9 miles (15 mins) to Disney and 15 miles to Universal (25 mins).
The spacious living room contains a 12-seater sofa, flat screen television with cable TV.
The kitchen come dining room has a breakfast bar, 8-seater dining table, a full-size pool table and a bar area, with a large flat screen T.V.
It also boasts a private 30ft x 15ft pool and a jacuzzi, there is also table seating alongside sun loungers, a shower and toilet area.
Our newly renovated games room has 2 x PlayStation 4’s, table tennis, board games and toys for younger children.
The living room contains a large 11-seater sectional sofa, large flat screen television and 4-seater dinette table.
Upon entering the spacious kitchen/dining room you will find a breakfast bar seating area for four people, an 8-seater dining table, a full-size billiards table, hangout and bar area with a large flat screen television.
The kitchen comes equipped with an array of stainless-steel appliances, a modern French door refrigerator, granite countertops, cookware and plenty of dinner and service wares.
Upstairs you will find all six bedrooms evenly spaced out. There are three master rooms with ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom with a full-size bed and two rooms having two twin beds. All bedrooms come complete with flat panel TVs, bed linen and bath towels.
