The Villa is located on the secured gated community of Tuscan Hills, Davenport.

Berry Town Center is our local shopping centre and serves the local community at Tuscan Hills. There is also a walkway from the resort to the centre if you prefer not to take the car.

Close by we have supermarkets, shopping, pharmacies, banks and some lovely restaurants such as Applebee’s and IHOP diner.

This lovely, Mediterranean-style villa is a single storey, with air conditioning providing a cool retreat. Outside, the property has its own oversized pool, with a shady lanai and comfortable seating. This area is fully screened and looks out onto manicured lawns and tropical planting.
The accommodation boasts a well-appointed master suite with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a further queen-sized double bedroom, a colourful twin bedroom, and a second bathroom.

The living area has relaxing sofas with a large TV, DVD and games console. The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The villa has free super fast wi-fi access, throughout.
Games room is equipped with a pool table and darts board.

At the front of the property is private parking for two vehicles. Close by is the community clubhouse with fitness suite and indoor children’s play area. The clubhouse also has an outside children’s play area as well as tennis court and volleyball court. All surrounded by well maintained manicured grounds.
