About the villa
Family Room
The large informal sitting area is furnished with comfy sofas, side tables and coffee table is the perfect place to relax whilst enjoying the entertainment centre. This features 51″ wide screen PLASMA HDTV with cable TV and surround sound, DVD player, Xbox and Nintendo Wii for all to enjoy
Kitchen
The large, bright well appointed and fully equipped Kitchen with washer, dryer, microwave, ice making side-by-side fridge and dishwasher as well as all the usual smaller electrical gadgets, plus a gorgeous Breakfast Nook seating 8. Overlooking the pool/spa and deck it’s a lovely place to start the day off gazing through the glass sliding doors out over to the lake.
Living / Dining Room
This very pleasant living area seats 5 is furnished with sofa, chaise longue, side tables with lamps, it’s an ideal place to retreat to away from the main family room where you could read a book or just listen to your ipod using the docking station. The family will enjoy those special dinners together in the formal dining area which has a polished wooden dining table and chairs, seating for 6.
King Master En-Suite
The superb ground floor Master Suite is furnished with a King Size Bed, nightstands, lamps and dressing table with beautiful views over the pool and lake. The large en-suite bathroom has a soaker/garden tub, twin vanity basins, large shower cubicle, separate wc and spacious walk-in closet/dressing area.
King Bedroom 2
Bright and fresh room furnished with a King Size Bed, night stands, lamps and dressing table – completed with 32′ ROKU HDTVs and ceiling fan
King Bedroom 3
Overlooking the pool and lake, furnished with King Size Bed, night stands, lamps, dressing table, walk-in Closet and ceiling fan. This lovely room is complimented with a 32′ ROKU HDTV. This room enjoys the use of a Full Ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom which is shared with Bedroom 4. The bathroom is fitted with a tub with shower over, vanity basin, wc and a hair dryer.
Bedroom 4
Beautiful light and airy Twin Bedroom suitable for adults or children, complete with 2 twin beds, night stand, lamp, clothes storage chest and large closet. Wall mounted LED TV with ROKU services. This room enjoys the use of a Full Ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom shared with King Bedroom 3
Bedroom 5
Fun colourful Bunk Bedroom, furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds, night stand, lamp, clothes storage chest, large closet and ROKU services. Definitely a winner with the younger ones!
Separate Upper Floor Bathroom
Large bathroom fitted with tub and shower over, vanity basin and wc.
Outdoor life is spectacular at ‘Sunbreeze’
From the moment you open the sliding doors you will love the tranquillity, its the perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks.
The 30′ pool has a lovely bubbly spa and extended sunbathing deck with covered Lanai to provide shade, this is Florida living at its finest.
This fabulous south-facing outdoor living space gets the sun all day and has a stunning natural lake and wood views – no rear neighbours, just peace and tranquility and a few fish jumping.
Glass sliding doors leading to the pool and deck are alarmed to prevent small children from accessing the pool area unsupervised as well as a child safety fence preventing them from getting to the pool – please note when small children are in your party the pool safety fence must ALWAYS be used.
The outdoor deck area has the added bonus of :
– Summer kitchen with sink and custom built in Gas BBQ/Grill
– Extended deck area to take advantage of the fantastic lake and wood view
– Poolside shower

– Security fence for child safety
You will not want to go any further than the pool/spa and deck!
Games Room:
The games area has snooker table, air hockey, electronic darts, arcade machine and another Nintendo Wii plus gaming chairs to add to the competitive mood.
For families with babies and small children we have a Free Baby Equipment Pack containing:
High chair, stroller, pack & play (used as a crib and/or playpen).
All bedrooms have TVs serviced by Roku and Spectrum Cable TV which includes a huge variety of streaming apps which offer sports, children’s TV, quiz channels and free movies as well as numerous other channels of interest. We also offer Free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the villa and Free Calls to all of USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Guests will enjoy the security of being on a resort which has a manned gated entrance 24 hours per day and the free use of the resort facilities, plus any activities taking place in the clubhouse.
